All farmers who invent innovative tools and implements it and are honoured can set up their manufacturing unit or company. The scheme makes sure that all such companies are registered under the Startup Odisha Initiative. The system enables the farmers to get a monthly allowance or product development allowance. The primary aim of the scheme is to help the innovators and to provide them with financial assistance. The Government is also planning to offer help and legal support to farmers. A State Government financial assistance of Rs. 20,000 per month will be given to all the registered farmers that are mentioned under the Startup Odisha Initiative. In addition to this, if a farmer desires to further improvise their innovative tools and implements it, then the government can provide assistance to them up to Rs. 15 lakh.
